SHIPPING POLICY

At Recapture Coffees, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver quality products directly to your door. Please review the shipping information below based on your product type.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS (Apparel & Accessories)

Our custom apparel and accessories are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days for production after your order is placed
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days after production is complete
  • Total Delivery Time: Approximately 4-8 business days from order placement
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
  • Shipping Origin: Ships from the nearest Printify fulfillment center to your location

COFFEE PRODUCTS

Our premium coffee is freshly roasted to order through our partner, Dripshipper.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days for fresh roasting (often faster)
  • Shipping Time: 2-7 business days after roasting
  • Total Delivery Time: Approximately 5-12 business days from order placement
  • Shipping Cost: FREE SHIPPING on all coffee orders
  • Tracking: Tracking information is automatically provided via email
  • Shipping Origin: Ships from Temecula, California

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at recapturelife5@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
  • International Shipping: Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product.
