Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. Because our products include custom-made print-on-demand items and freshly roasted coffee, we have specific return and refund policies as outlined below.                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Our apparel and accessories are custom-made print-on-demand items, produced only after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong color or design variant chosen
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Simply not liking the product

These are made-to-order items, so we cannot resell returned non-defective products.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect (e.g., printing errors, significant quality issues), we're here to help!

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (when the order is marked as "Delivered" by our fulfillment partner).
  • How to file a claim:
    1. Email us at recapturelife5@gmail.com with your order number.
    2. Provide clear photos showing the issue (close-ups of the defect/damage are best).
    3. If multiple items in the order have the same issue, include photos or a video showing them together.
  • No need to ship the item back—photo evidence is sufficient.
  • Once we verify the issue (usually within a few business days), we'll arrange a free reprint (including shipping) or a full refund (issued to your original payment method), depending on the situation.

Coffee Products (Dripshipper)

We proudly offer premium, freshly roasted private-label coffee and tea products, custom-blended and packaged just for you through our trusted fulfillment partner.

Because these are perishable, food-grade items produced on demand, our policy is limited to ensure safety, quality, and freshness. We do not accept physical returns of coffee products, as they must be discarded upon return for health and safety reasons.

No Returns or Exchanges for Most Reasons

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong flavor, roast level, grind type, or product variant selected
  • Not liking the taste, aroma, or quality after trying it
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Any other preference-based reasons

These items are custom-made and perishable, so they cannot be resold if returned.

Qualifying Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Our Error)

If your order arrives damaged in transitmissing itemsincorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong grind or label due to fulfillment error), or has another verifiable issue, contact us promptly—we'll make it right where possible.

  • How to Report:
    1. Email us at recapturelife5@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.
    2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (e.g., of damaged packaging, product, or incorrect item).
  • No need to return or ship anything back—photo/video evidence is sufficient.
  • We'll review your claim quickly (usually within a few business days).
  • If approved:
    • For issues clearly on our fulfillment side: We'll arrange a free replacement (new fresh order shipped to you at no extra cost).
    • For carrier-related issues (e.g., lost, stolen, or damaged by shipping carrier): We may cover the coffee cost and assist with a replacement order; you may need to cover shipping or file a carrier claim.
    • We'll coordinate directly with our supplier to expedite the resolution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, no returns or refunds are available once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the exceptions noted above for custom-made and perishable goods.
